Boneless skinless chicken breast finished in our brandy butter sauce with shallots, garlic, lemon and caper. Served with sour cream and chive smashed potato and seasonal roasted vegetables. $28 GF

Pork bolognese; Our hearty version of the traditional bolognese sauce of slow cooked pork loin, tomato, cherry peppers, crushed red pepper, garlic, thyme, oregano and onion, finished with a touch of cream and served wove pappardelle with parmesan. $29 (Gluten free option)

Lasagne of slices of roasted butternut squash, Italian Sausage & Chuck, layered between our slow cooked sauce of tomato, yellow onion, carrot, garlic and red pepper. Finished with béchamel, Monteray Jack, Cheddar and parmesan. Naturally gluten free. $24 GF

Creamy lobster “mac & cheese.” Penne pasta tossed in our savory bechamel with garlic, yellow onion and mustard powder. Blended with Fontina, Sharp Cheddar and Gruyere, topped with lobster pieces, thyme panko, a touch of cayenne and lemon. $28 (gluten free option)

Turtle Pie. Chocolate cookie crust topped with a thick caramel layer with candied pecans and then covered in a chocolate truffle layer. $9

AIP and paleo vegan dessert. Not quite a cheesecake and not quite a pie, this is made with coconut butter, organic raw honey, blueberry, blackberry and raspberry, chilled in a crust made of ground dates, coconut flour and coconut flakes. Topped with whipped coconut cream. *sugar free, diary free, nut free and gluten free. $12

Fidelitas Malbec, Red Mountain, Wa. Very limited bottling of Charlie Hoppes’ Malbec. Aromas of blueberry, marionberry, cocoa and white pepper swirl in the glass. Juicy palate with just enough spice. Elegant. $48

Ten Mile, Columbia Valley, Wa. Aromatically rich with lots of ripe, red fruit, cherries and plumbs, underscored by a backdrop of dark chocolate and vanilla, rich and fresh flavors. Blend of 80% cabernet sauvignon, 16% merlot and 4% syrah. $28
