Fidelitas Malbec, Red Mountain, Wa. 2020 Very limited bottling of Charlie Hoppes’ Malbec.  Aromas of 

blueberry, marionberry, cocoa and white pepper swirl in the glass. Juicy palate

with just enough spice.  Elegant.             

Shea Wine Cellars Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley, Or. 2018 Balanced depth and breadth achieving a 

delightful linger. Red fruit, tea spice, and gentle earthy notes.

Efeste, Big Papa, Cabernet Sauvignon, Columbia Valley, Wa 2020 This is a rich and polished ideal 100%

Cabernet Sauvignon that is complex with notes of black pepper and blackberries

with round and medium tannins which make a voluptuous mouthfeel.

Psychedelic Syrah, Sleight of Hand Cellars, Walla Walla, Wa. 2020 Limited quantities. Explosive compote 

and blackberry reduction, savory, Provence and peppercorn spice, dusty nose, luxurious evolving finish. 

As though it’s made for the food and ambiance at Over the Moon.  

Rosso di Montalcino, Valdicava, Rosso di Montalcino, Italy.  2020. Black cherry, balsamic, violets, 

bone dry, medium acidity, silky and elegant finish. A sangiovese that reminds us that not all rossos are 

created equal. 100% Sangiovese.

Chăteau Auguste, Bordeaux, France. 2018 Cab Sauv, Merlot, Cab Franc. 

Dense palate full of dark fruit, smooth tannins, lingering finish.

El Enemigo, Malbec, Mendoza, Argentina. 2019 Rich and concentrated, this offers aromas

of black fruit, cherry and dark berry fruit on the nose with a full-bodied palate, spice, 

blackberry, black cherry and pepper with a slight floral character.

Ten Mile, Columbia Valley, Wa. 2018 Aromatically rich with lots of ripe, red fruit, cherries

and plumbs, underscored by a backdrop of dark chocolate and vanilla, rich and fresh

flavors. Blend of 80% cabernet sauvignon, 16% merlot and 4% syrah.            

Argyle, Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley, Or. 2022 The romance is in the glass; silky texture. 

Blended for purity and freshness. Savory spice and delicate floral accents, silkiness in 

texture, with persistent length.

The Paring, Red, Santa Ynez Valley, Ca. 2018 Cabernet inspired blend. Vibrant, complex 

and versatile. Our current favorite for the value.

Oakville Zinfandel, Napa Valley, Ca. 2020 Brilliant aromas of sweet and spicy notes. 

Raspberry jam, black pepper and fall Spices on the nose. Medium bodied and smooth.

Smith & Hook Cabernet Sauvignon, Central Coast, Ca. 2020 Vibrant aromas of dark fruit 

and black currant with hints of sweet spice and toasty oak. Full bodied with a round viscous 

mouthfeel backed with concentrated tannin. Structure carry-through to a smooth finish.  

Criss Cross, Petite Sirah, Ca. 2020 90 Points & Editor’s Choice, Wine Enthusiast. Vibrantly 

fruity and densely textured with juicy raspberry, strawberry and dark ripe blackberries. 

Dessert  Wine   

Quinta de la Rosa Tawny Porto, Portugal, 10 year. 90 points from Wine Spectator. 

Complex with a smooth finish.

La Miraja, ‘La Ribòta’ Vino Aromatizzato alla China, Italy. Fortified red wine with herbs, spices, and 

botanicals including notes of cardamom, orange peel, cinnamon, and wormwood.
